- We cannot enter the wrong trade and be hoping it goes in our favour.
- We cannot be in a trade moving against us and be praying that all will go well.
- If price moves against us, accept it as answer to prayer - close the trade and wait for the next one.
- God helps only those who help themselves.
- Someone told me I should always trade with the higher time frame (HTF) trend.
- Someone said, "there is no system that always goes straight into profit. There are too many variables and uncertainties - no system can always predict the future."
- Another person mentioned that we need stop loss (SL) of 500 - 1000 points to be successful in this market as trades need room to move.
- Statistics also show that only 5 - 10% of traders are successful, as the remaining 90 - 95% fail.
If you keep listening to what "someone" said, you will not be successful and numbered among the 90 - 95% failure.
- I have proven them wrong that you don't have to trade with the HTF by trading the NOW Trend.
- I have proven them wrong that one can develop a system that 75% or more of your trades can go straight into profit.
- Look at the duration of my trades. We don't have to seat for hours babysitting losing trades and be hoping for a turnaround. Time is money. Just close the losing trade and wait for another setup.
- I have also proven them wrong that you don't have to use 500 points to 1000 points SL by trading with maximum risk of 60 points which seem impossible and unrealistic to the experts.
- Control the risk and you will control the profit.
The best way to predict the future is to create it.
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way the bumblebee should fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground but the bee does not know the law of physics and just keeps flying.
Let us be innovative and deploy creative & critical thinking in our trading, and think outside the box. Of course it will take hard work, sleepless nights, several years of pain and losses, and burning several accounts, as it took me, but if we never give up it will be worth it at the end of the journey and we will be greatly rewarded.
If we continue to do what everyone is doing, we will get what everyone is getting but if we want something different, we must do things differently.
