AUDCHF Short Update

I was late in responding when I began to notice the AUD climbing back up 1st on the M1 and the CHF also loosing steam, and @ 11 am PST, power changed hands and I was taken out for about 15 pip loss  Why? Because I failed to check the calendar, and FOMC Meeting Minutes was released @ exactly 11 am PST!!!

Since EU is in a ST downtrend, I anticipated resistance @ yL & RN and sold on 2nd hesitation to continue up with about 12 pip risk. Closed on 1st hesitation to continue down below my MA Channel for 9 pips. Going for a snooze and will be back for the US session.

I've been watching this pair since I came but it's been sideways action. Moved up and unable to break HOD but at the same time finding support on DOL (opening price). The sudden JPY weakness (when I bought the CAJ) and its immediate recovery seem to suggest the DOL may be broken but no!!! So I quickly closed for less than a pip and will sit on my hands or better still, go for a snooze and be back later when clearer price action may be obvious. Patience and discipline is the key.
